Keystone is a great facility with great people! They are faith-based with a mission to help people feel better and get back to living the life that they were meant to live.
This is a hidden gem in Troy, I discovered them after going through 4 months of terrible lower back pain. I had been referred (shuffled) from doctor to doctor with no relief and sometimes they wouldn't even bother to get back to me after this test or the other. I had had 4 steroid injections and absolutely wanted no more of that in my body as it was not helping. I will continue to use Keystone! They are knowledgeable and passionate about helping people in a holistic way. Tim and his team are wonderful!!
Words cannot begin to describe what a difference one session with Tim has made! I was having severe neck and shoulder pain for 3 weeks. I went to a chiropractor and a regular massage therapist with no improvement. A friend recommended Tim and let me tell you the what a difference he has made in just one 60 minute session, I have my life back!! If you have aches and pains skip a regular massage and book a medical massage with Tim, you wont regret it!!!! Tim and his staff are amazing!
Keystone Wellness provided us an amazing initial experience into IV vitamin therapy!! We were warmly welcomed to a very clean, comfortable space, fuzzy blankets included! All of our questions and health concerns were individually addressed. Universal precautions implemented. We left feeling so refreshed, and as the day went on, more energized. Absolutely love the Knee on Trac!! Miranda and Tim are amazing. This place is an absolute hidden Gem. My husband, Curtis, would tell you that Tim‘s massages were just like what he got in college at Penn State and when he played in the NFL!!
OMG… this is beyond a hidden gem! When searching for a massage place for some trigger point therapy I came across this AMAZING place!! I had right shoulder pain severely that had radiated all the way down my arm for a few weeks. I had tried muscle relaxers and ibuprofen everyday and just knew that I needed something more. Chiropractor and massage therapy wasn’t quite doing the trick either. I went into keystone with uncertainty initially because my pain was so bad and nothing else had worked. After my first session of PEMF I was like, "Okay it feels a little better". No more radiating pain! THEN I did a second session today and WOW!! I feel like I never had pain in that shoulder. To the say the least I am thoroughly impressed. Timothy was beyond welcoming and educational as well as the receptionist Miranda. She is very knowledgeable of all the services they offer and the benefits. I plan to bring my daughter here for some BrainTap and Hydrogen therapy for ADHD. I’m blessed to have found this place, 10/10 recommend!
Two years ago, during a routine eye exam I was shown I had two "macular puckers". If they got worse, they could be corrected with surgery. Just the thought of surgery deep in my eye gave me shivers! Last week I had another routine eye exam. The doctor pointed out the previous picture with the two puckers and the one taken that day. There was only ONE pucker! At the time I didn’t think about it, but the only difference in my lifestyle was Red Light Therapy. I love the Vitality Booth! Keep your eyes open, you never know what benefits you’ll receive!

My experience at Keystone Wellness has been nothing short of amazing! After dealing with chronic back pain for over eight years, I was really hoping to find some relief. While visiting family in Ohio, I discovered Keystone Wellness and reached out to them about their medical massage services. Right from the start, Timothy Lusk was so friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions over the phone and quickly set up an appointment for me. After just one session, I felt a noticeable difference. Timothy truly has a gift; he’s not just skilled but also genuinely caring.
Another thing I loved was the faith-based atmosphere at Keystone Wellness. It added such a comforting touch to the whole experience and made my journey toward recovery feel even more special.

My first time visiting Keystone Wellness was for a massage. Unrelated to the reason I went in, I had been to three different doctors about stabbing pain under my right ribs radiating to my back that just kept getting worse. Because of the location, it was a little alarming so I got an ultrasound, then a CT, lab work, suggested medications, you name it. I even developed a bit of anxiety over it. No one could find anything wrong. I hadn’t disclosed any of this but during the massage, Tim asked if I ever got sharp pain in the exact location I had been having this issue. I dropped my jaw in shock and thought maybe he was a secret mind reader. Who knew there was such a “random” connection?! I left with no pain in that area and it has stayed away. What a wizard! Massage therapy aside, as a nurse with 3 kiddos, I can tell you our family visited Keystone this sick-season more times than an urgent care or the doctors office. Our community is truly blessed to have this one-of-a-kind facility!
