I had a wonderful experience at Keystone Wellness the staff was incredibly helpful and kind as soon as you walk through the door! The nurse practitioner Cassie was extremely knowledgeable when it came to IV therapy but also other health related questions/concerns. 10/10 recommend coming here, investing in your health is one of the best things you can do!
This is a hidden gem in Troy, I discovered them after going through 4 months of terrible lower back pain. I had been referred (shuffled) from doctor to doctor with no relief and sometimes they wouldn't even bother to get back to me after this test or the other. I had had 4 steroid injections and absolutely wanted no more of that in my body as it was not helping.
Someone mentioned Keystone to me one day and I called immediately. After 2 weeks of PEMF and Shockwave Therapy treatments I was feeling relief and almost back to normal activity. I will continue to use Keystone! They are knowledgeable and passionate about helping people in a holistic way. Tim and his team are wonderful!!

I first went to Keystone Wellness because I had a sinus infection and very bad cold. The iv from Cassie worked like magic and within hours i was better. She is so knowledgeable about how and why the certain iv therapies make a difference. I also was 2 weeks out from rotator cuff surgery and Timothy told me about the help I could get in my recovery from PEMF and the Vitality Booth (Red light and Salt Therapy). I quickly signed up for continuous sessions. My sleep and shoulder pain are greatly improved. But the real story was coming in today in tears because of pain from a pinched nerve that was torturing my elbow. I was in such pain and somewhat embarrassed by my tears, but Timothy showed so much empathy. I left feeling so much relief and very grateful for his knowledge and kindness. I can’t say enough good things about Keystone Wellness!
An amazing experience! I had shockwave treatments on my knee after I had been told that surgery would be the only thing that would help me. After the 1st treatment I could tell an amazing difference and after I had finished all my treatments I have been able to run/jog for the first time in 15 years and have no more pain or limp! Keystone is amazing I highly recommend them!

OMG… this is beyond a hidden gem! When searching for a massage place for some trigger point therapy I came across this AMAZING place!! I had right shoulder pain severely that had radiated all the way down my arm for a few weeks. I had tried muscle relaxers and ibuprofen everyday and just knew that I needed something more. Chiropractor and massage therapy wasn’t quite doing the trick either. I went into keystone with uncertainty initially because my pain was so bad and nothing else had worked. After my first session of PEMF I was like, "Okay it feels a little better". No more radiating pain! THEN I did a second session today and WOW!! I feel like I never had pain in that shoulder. To the say the least I am thoroughly impressed. Timothy was beyond welcoming and educational as well as the receptionist Miranda. She is very knowledgeable of all the services they offer and the benefits. I plan to bring my daughter here for some BrainTap and Hydrogen therapy for ADHD. I’m blessed to have found this place, 10/10 recommend!
