DUTCH Plus
The Future of Hormones
What is the DUTCH Plus?
The acronym "DUTCH" stands for "Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones". The test is designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of your hormone levels and your metabolism, including levels of sex hormones like estrogen and testosterone, stress hormones like cortisol, and other hormones like melatonin and progesterone.
Unlike traditional hormone tests that measure hormone levels in blood or saliva, the DUTCH test analyzes your levels of hormone metabolites in urine, which can provide a more complete picture of your hormone levels and metabolism. The test is often used by healthcare practitioners to help diagnose and monitor hormone-related conditions you may have such as adrenal dysfunction, menopause, and thyroid dysfunction, as well as to evaluate hormone imbalances in both men and women. It is important to consult a healthcare professional before undergoing any hormone testing.
