Are you producing enough energy?
Are you storing and using that energy efficiently?
How Does Your Body Create Energy?
Energy is produced in your body by the process of cellular respiration, which occurs in the mitochondria of your cells. For your body to produce energy, it needs a combination of nutrients, oxygen, and enzymes.
All body functions require energy, and if you do not have enough nutrients, oxygen, or enzymes you will not have enough energy for your body to function properly. Poor energy production can lead to fatigue, weight gain, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, mood disorders, decreased immunity, poor cognition, skin issues, and cardiovascular problems.
